9000 miles. East coast. West coast. Heartland in Between. At each stop he is evolving his performance of My Fools: A Life in Song, performing in friends' living rooms, theaters, museums and universities.

Rinde loves Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, and his pay-what-you-wish concert to benefit BTE will be held on Monday, October 24, at 8pm in the Studio at the beautiful Pump House B&B, 623 State Road, Bloomsburg PA. There will be music, and stories, and refreshments. A good time is guaranteed for all!

Then it was Portland Institute for Contemporary Arts (PICA) on September 17 for a performance of MY FOOLS, and Monday, September 19th a performance at ACT Theatre in Seattle, WA, my other home.

Then the next several days were marked by open road, and the hospitality of old friends. Impromtu performances and jam sessions. Stories of times gone by and times anew.
Des Moines, Iowa.
North Platte, Nebraska.
Boulder, Colorado.
Salt Lake City, Utah.
Elko, Nevada.
Boise, Idaho.
On to Iowa City for the Ribbon Cutting at Hancher Auditorium on September 9th.

Then 750 miles of open road took Rinde on to Bloomsburg, PA, and it was another 415 miles to Bowling Green, Ohio.

Rinde departed from Nyack, NYwith a 300 mile drive to Gorham, ME ahead of him.
After a few days in residency at the University of South Maine School of Music, (Rinde worked with undergraduates alongside his longtime friend and colleague, Paul Dresher), Rinde gave the first performance of MY FOOLS on September 3rd.
